How do I create a LusitoHub account?
1Visit the Register page and fill in your details including your phone number.
2Submit — we'll create your account and send a 6-digit OTP via SMS.
3Enter the OTP on the verification page to activate your account.
4Once verified you're logged in automatically and taken to your dashboard.

I didn't receive my OTP — what should I do?
Wait up to 2 minutes — network delays happen. Then try:
1Tap "Resend Code" on the verification page. 60-second cooldown between requests.
2Confirm your phone number was entered correctly including the country prefix.
3Check that your phone has signal and isn't blocking messages from unknown numbers.
4Still nothing? Contact support with your registered phone number.

How do I reset my password?
1Go to Forgot Password and enter your registered phone number.
2If an account exists, you'll get an SMS reset code. For security we don't confirm whether a number is registered.
3Enter the code, then set a new password (minimum 8 characters).
4You'll receive an SMS confirmation once your password has been changed.
Can I use a referral code when signing up?
Yes! Enter a valid referral code during registration — both you and the referrer benefit. If left blank, you automatically receive your own referral code.

How do I post a transport job?
1From your dashboard tap "Post a Job" or visit the Transport section.
2Enter pickup location, drop-off, service type, and preferred pickup time.
3Set your budget — route distance is calculated automatically via Google Maps.
4Submit — your job goes live and verified providers can start bidding.

How does bidding work?
Verified providers submit bids with their proposed amount. As the client:
1Review all bids on the job detail page.
2Accept the bid you prefer — this creates a contract and holds funds in escrow.
3The provider reviews and confirms or declines the contract.
Providers can edit or withdraw bids until accepted.
What happens when I accept a bid?
The agreed amount is immediately deducted from your wallet and held in secure escrow. A contract is created and sent to the provider. Funds only release once you confirm completion.

How do I cancel a job?
Only OPEN or DISCUSSION jobs can be cancelled.
1Open the job details page and tap "Cancel Job".
2If in escrow (Discussion), the full amount is refunded to your wallet instantly.
3All pending bids are rejected and the provider notified via SMS.
IN_PROGRESS or COMPLETED jobs cannot be cancelled.
How do I complete a job and release payment?
1Provider marks the job complete ("Request Payment") once the service is done.
2You receive an SMS and in-app notification to review and release.
3Tap "Release Payment" — 10% platform fee applies.
4To dispute, tap "Decline" with a reason — admin will review.

How are disputes handled?
Declining payment opens a dispute. Admin reviews and either releases funds to the provider (service delivered) or refunds the client (service not completed). Both parties are notified by SMS. Unjustified disputes may affect your account.
How do I deposit money into my wallet?
Deposits are via MTN MoMo only.
1Go to Wallet → Deposit, enter amount and your MoMo number.
2Approve the USSD payment prompt on your phone.
3Wallet updates automatically within 1–2 minutes of confirmation.

How do I withdraw funds?
1Go to Wallet → Withdraw, enter amount and MoMo number.
2A 6-digit OTP is sent to your profile phone number for security.
3Enter the OTP in the verification modal to confirm.
4Funds are sent to your MoMo account minus a 3% processing fee.

My deposit hasn't reflected — what should I do?
Most deposits reflect within 1–2 minutes. If not:
1Check Transaction History for status: Pending, Processing, Completed, or Failed.
2FAILED means the deposit didn't go through — you were not charged.
3PROCESSING for 10+ minutes? Contact support with your transaction reference ID.

1National ID Card — clear photo of your government-issued ID.

How is my rating calculated?
Your rating is the average of all reviews from completed jobs — 1 to 5 stars. Both client and provider can review each other after a job completes. Reviewers can submit anonymously. Your rating is visible on your public profile.
How do I add a vehicle?
1Go to Vehicles → Add Vehicle and fill in make, model, plate etc.
2Upload required documents (registration, insurance, roadworthiness certificate).
3Submit — admin reviews and verifies within 1–3 business days.
4Once verified you can assign drivers and accept transport jobs.
Can I assign another driver to my vehicle?
Yes — go to Vehicles → Assign Driver, search by username, and select. The driver must have a verified identity. You can change or remove the driver any time.

When can I leave a review?
Reviews open once a job is marked COMPLETED. Both client and provider can review each other once per job. A pending review prompt will appear in your dashboard.
Can I edit or delete a review I've submitted?
Submitted reviews are final. If you believe a review was submitted in error or violates our guidelines, contact support with the Job ID and details.
